Meredith Annette Mauzy is Director and Founder of G.I.R.L.S. Mentoring, which stands for: Growing, Interacting and Responding to Life Situations.

A humanitarian at heart, Annette is passionate about empowering the next generation of young women through mentorship so that they may radically impact their local and global communities. The mentoring program which was established in 2008, has been inspired to help and direct young girls ages 10 to 17 through life coaching, skill building and mentoring.

G.I.R.L.S. began its mentoring program in collaboration with KIPP South Fulton Academy in East Point, Georgia. In 2015, G.I.R.L.S. Mentoring has affliated itself with EVERY GIRL CAN, USA. The program is a creative, fun, shared learning experience to educate and inspire middle school girls (10-14 years) to become self-confident and empowered. Girls learn to develop a positive self image, and skills in etiquette, civility and personal appearance.
